I was always very lucky. I always looked younger than I was. That is, until I turned 50. It seemed to happened overnight. One day, I noticed little drooping skin on each side of my chin. I started researching right away and the aging skin care tips here are just a little part of the research I’ve found.
I never concerned myself with aging skin care until now. I have researched products that have been recommended by doctors or dermatologists or homeopathic professionals. The products I research and review are all products that have been proven to work in research trials. I didn’t want to waste my time as I’m sure you don’t want to waste time getting started either.

Join me on this journey to younger looking skin! I’m fighting aging every step of the way. I’ll have to be dragged kicking and screaming into old age! Fortunately, we are learning more and more about the herbs that God has put here for our use. Some of them are showing great promise for youth and health, like the acai berry, sea buckthorn or resveratrol Scientific studies are showing great health, weight loss, and youthful skin for these three natural supplements. An excellent herb to relax you, reduce stress levels and even reverse signs of aging in your skin is the rhodiola rosea. I really like to look for natural remedies if there is one for what I need.
Let’s all pay attention to what’s really important-our health; if we have our health, we will have younger-looking skin. I don’t mean health, as in, you’re not in the hospital, I mean health that means your body is operating in prime condition. You’re getting all the nutrients and minerals you need, you’re active, have a lot of energy, and you’re happy. That’s health!
It’s going to be difficult for me. I’ve never thought about any of this until I noticed jowls beginning to appear, as well as loos skin beneath my chin. I don’t eat much at all, I drink way too much soda, I smoke and I don’t get enough exercise anymore. Well, that’s all changing. All of it. I’m not going to continue to deteriorate my body. The smoking and soda are gone. I make sure I do a few exercises each day. At least we all need to walk for 30 minutes each day. The hardest thing for me is to eat more regularly. I usually eat only once a day, if that. It’s best to eat five small meals each day. I’m still working on that one, but I’ll get there. I know that’s the one that will make all the difference. Eating healthy foods five small meals each day. I take healthy supplements that have been recommended by doctors, dermatologists, or homeopaths. The energy I’ve gained from the Sea Buckthorn supplements is absolutely amazing!
We now know that there are many environmental causes that promote wrinkles, and dry or oily areas in aging skin that can be minimized, even erased, with a few lifestyle adjustments. Your health has a great deal to do with what your skin looks and feels like. Therefore, I’ve included tips and products for good health. There are tips on things we can do to increase the effectiveness of our aging skin care routine. These tips will be updated on a continual basis.
It’s important to be happy and positive. Whatever, you look like, heavy or thin, short or tall, love yourself, celebrate yourself!
